Responsibilities: • • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport. • Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments efficiently. • Provide detailed property information and insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions. • Follow up with clients post-showing to address questions and maintain engagement. • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings to ensure accurate and appealing presentations. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and sales outcomes. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through written communication. • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating appointments efficiently. • Familiarity with the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sharing insights and strategies. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and client communication. • Newly licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license, demonstrating commitment to the field. Compensation: $125,400 - $298,600 yearly

Compensation:
$125,400-$298,600 per year
