Responsibilities: • • Conduct property showings for potential buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. • Provide detailed information about each property, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights. • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and manage property tours efficiently. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and current listings. • Assist clients in navigating the home-buying process, offering guidance and support at every step. • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: • • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. • Strong knowledge of the local Edmonton real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research. • Real estate license required or actively working towards obtaining one to ensure compliance and credibility. Compensation: $115,400 - $205,000 yearly

Compensation:
$115,400-$205,000 per year
