Logo (Preview) Overview Fleet Feet is looking for motivated, curious, and collaborative students to join our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program . This program is designed for rising juniors and seniors who are eager to gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities after graduation. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that contribute to real business initiatives. Throughout the summer, you'll receive mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to leaders across the organization. At Fleet Feet, we're committed to developing the next generation of talent by creating an inclusive environment where students can learn, grow, and make an impact. Our goal is to provide an exceptional internship experience while building relationships with students who may become future full-time members of our team. What You Can Expect Hands-on experience working on meaningful projects Mentorship, coaching, and ongoing feedback throughout the summer A comprehensive understanding of the retail industry and the skills necessary for success. Presentation and effective communication skills. Networking opportunities with Fleet Feet leaders, interns, peers and cross-functional teams Remote work with two trips to our Headquarters in Carrboro, North Carolina (hybrid options available for local interns) The deadline to submit applications is November 13, 2026.
